Cardio is probably the simplest type of exercise if you don’t make it a chore. Here are 5 things you can do to burn the calories and still have fun:
1.) Play A Dancing Game On Wii / Kinect / PS2 - Playing Just Dance burns TONS of calories and gives you a great work out. It’s super fun, especially if you play it with friends. I’ve even gone retro and pulled out my old dance mat before and plugged it into my TV.
2.) Walk To A Near By Place With a Friend - In the spring and summer, I love walking places with my friend. We’ve walked more than a mile before. It’s a lot of fun and burns off the pounds.
3.) Play a Childhood Game - Tag, Marco Polo, Hide and Seek, Whatever you want. Release your inner child and burn some calories while you’re at it. This is why obesity is spreading rampant in children - they don’t find joy in these games.
4.) Have Sex - This probably sounds ridiculous but the more rigorous sex you have, the more calories you burn. Don’t forget kissing and foreplay burn even more calories ;)
5.) Take The Stairs On Campus and Park Far Away- This may not be much exercise, but parking closer and taking the elevator burn less calories through the day. You should be taking 10,000 steps per day and doing these activities add to this, plus make for more calories burned.
