My name is Sydney. I’m an eighteen year old girl that was inspired by tumblr to create a fitness blog. I currently weigh 130 pounds and I am about 5”5. I have always been fairly athletic and I do quite a few sports, however recently I have found that being active 3-4 times a week just isn’t enough anymore. As I have grown up I have realized that I need to watch my diet more closely if I want to get back into the shape I once was. I promote a healthy weight loss as well as healthy amounts of exercise. Eating disorders are a serious and real problem today and I hope that with the help of this blog you can see that to be fit, healthy and happy you don’t need to starve yourself.
I’m Victoria! I’m a seventeen year old girl, and I live in Canadaas well. Sydney and I have been best friends for a while and when she told me she wanted to create a healthy weightloss/fitness blog I was so very excited. I can’t say I’ve always been the biggest girl in the group, but at 155 pounds, 5”7, I haven’t exactly ever been the skinny mini either. So in an attempt to make myself more active and healthy for the long run, I decided it would be fun to co-run the blog with Sydney. I’m not looking for a dramatic loss on the scale, but I just want to have the opportunity to feel good about my body inside and out. So I am trying to be healthier to see how it affects my body and mind, and how much I really can accomplish with a goal ahead of me.
